How many homes will we see?
Typically, we will see 7-9 “Hand-Picked” homes that appear to have the potential to be great deals.

How long is the tour?
Approximately 6 hours, depending on how close the houses are to each other.

What days do you normally have tours?
We typically tour on Fridays and Saturdays.

Are the homes available for purchase?
Most are available for sale immediately or you can make an offer.

Are they all bank owned?
No, some are pending short sales where you make an offer on a home that is in “Pre-Foreclosure”. Some are investor owned that were purchased as a foreclosure and they are willing to sell them at a wholesale price. Every now and then, we sprinkle in a home that has great potential from a motivated seller.

How much does the tour cost?
Typically the tours are from $39-$97, but since the tours are ran by independent operators, the prices may vary.

What if I am not happy with the tour or I want my money back? What is the refund policy?
This is what we offer our participants: Ride on one of our tours and if you’re not happy with what you see before the lunch break, let us know and we’ll refund 100% of your money. No questions asked…No reasons needed. Although, we do advise you to confirm this with the tour host before you attend because they are ran independently.

What if I do not see my city listed on your tour schedule?
Join our mailing list to receive updates on our upcoming tour schedule and our ongoing training information.

Are kids allowed on the tour?
Sorry, but not at this time. Due to limited space, we ask that you do not bring children on the tour. If you find a home that you like, we will be happy to set up an individual appointment for your family to view the home.

How much work is needed to fix up foreclosure?
This varies. Many of the homes that we tour are in move-in condition. Some of the homes will need some rehab work. We typically have a contractor on the tour to assist with rehab costs.
